Alan sells real estate in Wellington, his skills, strong work ethic and experience in sales, marketing and working with people across all walks of life are the best asset for you when buying or selling your home.

Alan Wilson started his career as an aircraft engineer with the RNZAF. Alan moved into a sales engineering role which required technical knowledge and the ability to build relationships with clients to build loyalty and repeat sales contracts.

In the 90s Alan moved on to an international marketing role in the telecommunications industry within the continents of Africa and Europe.

It was during this time that Alan became heavily involved in property ownership and renovation and over the years has meticulously upgraded at least twelve properties.

After three years Alan became International Sales & Marketing Director for another international company which specialised in telecommunications design and manufacture.

In 2003 Alan moved to Robinson Seismic as CEO. Utilising skills in management, engineering, organisation and marketing, Alan’s primary focus was to migrate a successful New Zealand-based scientific institution with their own patents into an international commercial enterprise. Alan achieved this goal over a period of 9 years successfully gaining significant business in earthquake-prone countries.

Success in this role initiated a move to Hong Kong in 2007 to enable better management of the international business and country managers from a central point. Robinson’s profile increased within the industry worldwide and with that recognition it was inevitable that the business was eventually sold to an overseas company.

Back in New Zealand, Alan is now selling real estate in his hometown of Wellington. He has a unique perspective of viewing the real estate business as a service industry, where his job is to provide you with the best real estate experience possible. Home sellers have appreciated Alan's professionalism, knowledge and integrity, creating an efficient and straightforward sales process. He places a great deal of importance in being positive, enthusiastic and always provide clear, consistent and thorough communication.
