City Branch is one the largest branches in the Barfoot & Thompson network. It is recognised as being in the unique position of not only selling more apartments than any other branch in the network, but the sales team also sell homes right across Auckland.
The City Branch Property Management team manages the largest portfolio of properties for landlords in the company. We have a dedicated team of portfolio managers and letting agents, which is led by Tracey Boyle, who has over 15 years experience in property management. In 2017, Tracey and her team won 'Large Property Management Office of the Year 2017' at the REINZ Awards for Excellence.
