Prior to real estate, I ran a successful business for over 24 years within the construction industry in Auckland. I've worked with a large amount of Auckland houses and I'm experienced with evaluating the various strengths of every house I sell. This allows my creative team to construct a custom marketing strategy for your home, giving it the competitive edge that it needs in this challenging housing market. Jen Anderson comes from a professional background and has lived locally on the North Shore for over 25 years. Jen is married to Shane and together they have raised four boys, while running separate businesses. With a high level of experience, she understands the importance of a professional approach, of goal-setting, enthusiasm, hard work and perseverance in order to succeed, and of encouraging others to do the same.

Jen has bought and sold her own properties since age 21, and has continued to develop her interest in property alongside Shane. Together they have tackled projects involving do-uppers, bare sections, a rural subdivision, a house relocation and rebuild, rentals coastal locations, a shell to complete and a new build.

More recently, Jen has worked closely with Shane in real estate sales, bringing her passion for creative marketing, home presentation and her own personal touch into the partnership. Together Jen and Shane have worked tirelessly, to achieve top prices for home owners, and can boast numerous street records. They are both committed to pursuing the best options for their clients, marketing widely across multi-media, social and mass media platforms, and making the most of Barfoot & Thompson's unequalled power of reach.
