I have a long-standing interest and passion for real estate so a move into the industry seemed like a natural fit for me. Our family migrated to New Zealand from India in 2000.

From the age of 17 I started working with my parents in the retail wine industry and after many years in the business I learned the importance of exceptional service and transparency in all dealings. I also learned a lot from my family while they were creating their own successful real estate portfolio. This translated into sound investment knowledge which I am now implementing in my work.

After graduating from UNITEC Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Computing Systems, I also completed my Certificate in Real Estate and joined Mt Roskill Branch in 2018.

Outside of work my main hobbies include watching movies, taking long walks along the beach and travelling.

I really enjoy working with Olga and Felix. We share the same values and strive to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction in everything that we do. As a licensed salesperson, I continually invest in learning the latest technologies, new marketing trends and negotiating techniques.

Felix Bogdanovic

Coming to the real estate industry with years of experience in sales and marketing roles in Croatia, Felix is able to provide his clients with sound knowledge and memorable service.

He has a natural ability to form strong, trusting and lasting relationships.

Felix is a proud family man with his two grown up children. His wife Olga has worked for Barfoot & Thompson for over 20 years. Her experience gained over the years, both as a sales person and a branch manager, she happily shares now with Felix, working alongside him as his sales associate.

Felix and Olga understand that the selling and buying process can be emotional and stressful. They maintain regular contact with their clients so that they feel well informed and secure in the decisions they have to make. All their present work is generated from past clients through repeat business and referrals which is always a great compliment.

The Bogdanovic family has lived in the One Tree Hill/Epsom area for 22 years and have enjoyed every aspect of it. They firmly believe in property as an investment and are able to offer insight into the local housing market based on their own positive personal experiences.

Arriving in New Zealand 24 years ago from Zagreb, Felix is someone who loves life.

He is an active person enjoying several hobbies but mostly, his bees. Bee keeping occupies the most of his spare time and he happily shares his delicious honey with his friends and clients.
