I’ve been driven by a passion for people, leadership, and delivering results that make a genuine impact on both

I began my career on the ground as a Property Manager, learning every part of the business hands-on. Through

hard work, a drive to innovate, and a deep commitment to excellence, I’m proud to now lead the Property

Management team here at Barfoot & Thompson Mt Roskill.

Under my leadership, we’ve become one of the most agile and progressive teams in the country. We were the

fastest branch nationwide to achieve full compliance. A reflection of our operational discipline and owner-first

mindset. We were also the first branch to embrace social media platforms like TikTok to market rental properties,

helping us consistently lease homes faster than the local market average.
