#1 Individual Branch Salesperson

Having spent many years working in a variety of service orientated roles, Zane Munif is a well rounded salesperson who brings many skills to his career as a real estate salesperson at the Barfoot & Thompson Panmure branch. There are numerous reasons Zane has been able to enjoy success in every job he puts his hand to, but the main reason is his drive. He says, "To be the best you have to work the hardest and the smartest."

Its Zane's customer service and communication skills that makes clients instantly warm to him. He's also got a natural ability to manage the sales process and close the deal, which is a winning combination when teamed with his determination, industry knowledge and confidence.

Zane understands that it's his role to deliver informative, timely and accurate information to you so that you can make the right decisions. He's also got personal experience building and renovating and is more than happy to share his personal experiences and knowledge with you.

As a Panmure local resident, Zane knows his area and the greater Auckland area well. This insight along with his ability to speak fluent English and Hindi enables him to market his clients properties to a wide market of buyers.

Zane is an Auckland Grammar Old Boy who has also studied at Auckland University. He's got an avid passion for travelling, life and for making everlasting impressions.

My property was listed with Harcourt's for nearing 6 months. Zane approached me and offered to get it sold, efficiently and professionally. For the previous 6 months, I'd heard every excuse why the property didn't sell. From the onset, Zane listened. It's a skill often lost in salespeople who listen with their mouths. He went back to the drawing board, and reproduced a simple and direct campaign.

It was from this point, I saw his difference. The strength of Zane and his people is "every Barfoot office" is hungry. I listed on March 2, 2016. Dozens of Barfoot agents visited, and on the 12 th & 13th March it was our first open home.

On the Sunday 13 th , I had one offer, and by the Monday 14th, 3 more offers. The first offer was accepted as conditional, and it went unconditional 5 days later. While my residence was sold in Mt Wellington, it was a New Lynn Barfoot agent (and customer) that became the purchaser.

Now, Zane may come across as an intense, "I can change the universe guy". Some people won't like this. However, I can simply say, what Zane brings to the table is a "real" network of people that are hungry to sell the property. Some people talk about Selling... others just do it.

I completely affirm that this 'testimonial' should be considered by every customer looking to list their property. I heard dozens of pitches by agents, and they all talked about how good they are. What I got was nearing 6 months of frustration until Zane and his team took it on. All he said was "let me bring you some offers, no chit chat".

Yes, this testimonial is written as Zane sold my house. However, its written mostly for Zane to show potential Home Sellers, that truly when Barfoots commit to
