I came to New Zealand in 2008 from Latvia, and continued a successful career in the travel industry before turning to real estate in 2016.

Since then, I have listed and sold many excellent properties and received very complimentary testimonials from my vendors and buyers. I have proven that I’m a very successful communicator and negotiator. To go further in the real estate industry, I have set myself another challenge and am studying for a Branch Manager’s Licence. I believe it will bring me advancement and will enable me to help my clients even more.

Having bought and sold property and moved from one side of the world to the other, I can relate very well to the emotions you feel when buying, selling and moving house. I know how very important it is to find a professional who will listen with compassion and have the confidence to tackle even the most challenging tasks.

My education and experience gives me an edge when it comes to developing marketing plans that command attention. My skills in promotion and sales mean I am comfortable working with a wide range of people and situations. I understand how important it is to use the latest technology too and I have excellent analytical skills, all of which leads to results that surpass my clients’ expectations.

I hold a Master of Arts & Humanities from the University of Latvia and an EMBA, Executive Master of Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.

Both my husband and I are busy professionals pursuing our careers. In our free time we love travelling, spending time with our three very energetic grandkids, learning new skills and trying new things, hiking, gardening, going to the beach and especially exploring new restaurants.
