Owen Church - Bayleys

Owen has been an enthusiastic salesperson in our team since early 1995. He brought with him a wealth of business experience. He completed the Diploma of Accountancy at Auckland University and soon after began his own specialist business- retail clothing in downtown Auckland. The venture was a success and, besides expanding that over a 30 year period, he also managed a chain of specialist clothing stores in Auckland and Wellington at the same time. While retailing he had several years as chairman of promotions in the then Shore City Shopping Mall, Henderson Square and CML Mall Queen Street. Since joining our team, over 20 years ago, he has been very successful, as the many testimonials from clients show. He constantly strives for and achieves good outcomes that leave both vendors and purchasers satisfied and happy. He has wide experience in negotiating and in Tenders and Auctions. On a personal note he has been a husband and father in an extended family and relates well to all age groups, young and old alike. With his warmth and humour he is very much a ‘people’ person.
