With a background of over a decade in property development, the Cambridge local has designed, built and managed a number of multi-million dollar properties across both the commercial and residential markets. Having worked on the flipside of property sales, Michael has a thorough understanding of clients’ needs and expectations. He has a professional and transparent manner and the fortitude to handle all levels of property transactions. Michael is always prepared to demonstrate the value of his services by achieving the best results for his clients.

Michael’s background in property development has equipped him with a deep seated knowledge of building regulations, project management, resource consents, architectural and landscape design, property values, and legislation further helped by the fact that he is a qualified lawyer.

Before moving into property development, Michael worked for 16 winters as a top level ski instructor, coach and manager. He lives in Cambridge with his two daughters who attend school in Hamilton.

Michael is a passionate golfer and belongs to the Tieke Golf Club in Tamahere. When not selling property he enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel, cycling, golf and the outdoors.
