Staci Proffitt – South Waikato
Residential and Lifestyle Sales.
Selling results, not promises.
Young and motivated Staci is proud to have brought the superior standard of service upheld by the Bayleys brand to the South Waikato residential and lifestyle market.
Stepping into real estate in 2006 as a receptionist in a small but busy office in Te Puke Staci was given her opening to what has been a challenging but rewarding career. Having worked in various roles within the industry since she has worked alongside top sales people and learned from the ground up what it takes to succeed in the industry.
A passion for real estate was clear early on for Staci who became a home owner at 20 and a landlord by 23. Staci has been with Bayleys since 2012, with the resources Bayleys provides, the strength of the brand and success of the Waikato offices behind her she is confident in achieving the best results for her vendors.
Considering herself a highly-motivated person while staying calm under pressure, she is able to act quickly and decisively when the need arises. Understanding that a home is likely your biggest asset Staci prides herself in her marketing and organisation skills approaching each property individually with a tailored plan in place while giving her vendors as clearer information as possible so they can make well informed decisions.
Working alongside Bayleys Waikato agents Scott Macdonald, Neville Jacques and Glenda O’Sullivan provides the support of a team covering many aspects in real estate, a unique opportunity in what can be a fast paced and competitive environment.
Attracted to the family community and the number of lifestyle opportunities the South Waikato provides, Staci lives with her husband, Michael, in Tokoroa. When time allows, they can be found making the most of the sunshine in their boat, or at home taking on a new DIY project.
It’s the process – not the promise of the price that will get you the results. Staci understands her role is not just to sell your property, it is to find the hidden premium in the market.
