What is most important to me as a real estate professional? It’s to continue to provide 10/10 customer service, and deliver an outstanding result, with every single sale.

Each client and property I work with has its own story and requirements, I dedicate my time to understanding and providing exactly what they want and need. Selling a house isn't another transaction, it’s about working alongside my clients, and turning every stone throughout the process, to ensure we get the result that allows them to make their next step.

My biggest objective is to always achieve a premium result. Having sold over 50 Million dollars’ worth of property, the biggest win with each sale, is seeing how that success changes my clients lives. Communicating every detail with frequency to both vendors and purchasers is one of the ways I have achieved these results, leaving no moment for confusion or doubt in the process.

Trust and communication are big factors when buying or selling a home or investment, and they are common words you will read below in my client testimonials. There are two sides to a sale and purchase, and creating a connection with each buyer plays a large role in negotiating a deal. While my duty is serving vendors, I understand that offering a high level of customer service to both parties, builds more trust and pays dividends in the result.

What I enjoy with real estate, is seeing and encouraging others to have a life they love, and to help make that a reality through property ownership. I have bought and sold properties personally, I adore my character bungalow, and enjoy property investment in my spare time.
