Catherine brings a steady head and lots of experience having survived a childhood apprenticeship in property management including many hours at the end of a water blaster, paint brush, and hedge trimmer. She also worked with us before heading off on a big O.E. bringing her country count up to 40.

Catherine is Nelson born and raised, has a double major BA in anthropology and religious studies, and has a rental property herself that Bolitho’s manage. She also has a special interest in sustainable housing, tiny houses, and huge smiles!
