Hamish is the Director of the Industrial team in the CBRE Christchurch office.

Hamish Clark joined CBRE early in 2021 as head of the Industrial & Logistics team in the Christchurch office. His property career spans over 30 years and he has worked on numerous projects.

Recent assignments have been the development of Waterloo Business Park where he was responsible for the origination, conversion and delivery of approximately $85m of capital projects and $100m of sales.

Hamish also recently worked alongside Christchurch International Airport Limited assisting them with the Dakota Industrial Business Park development delivering $25m of development projects and most recently the commercial Harvard Park development of $40m.

He is a qualified Valuer and understands the fundamentals of property and the relationship this plays in realising asset values. Hamish has a great understanding of the drivers from a purchaser’s side.
