Derryns passion for property stems from a vision of loving the real estate industry. While her background was Project Management in IT, it wasn't long before she sought a career in real estate.

Not satisfied with being just a salesperson, Derryn went to Massey University to study property & completed her Business Diploma majoring in Real Estate. During that time, she opened her own real estate office looking after the property needs of her clients in both sales & property management.

Derryns first ever sale was a lifestyle property in Bombay, and it didn't take long to catch the sales bug where she focused her energy across lifestyle properties in the Franklin area & residential sales in the Weymouth/Manurewa area.

Due to Derryns desire to see others reach their property goals, she continues to manage a sales team, is heavily involved in the Property Management side of the business (albeit heavily supported by an amazing PM team) & continues to teach & assess new salespeople coming into the industry for Unitec New Zealand.

Having achieved a high level of sales success herself, including multiple centurion awards, her office and team were constantly in the top 21 for Australasia and the top 3 for New Zealand, with 3 consecutive years at Number 1.

Not only is Derryn supported by an award-winning sales team, but she has also received the highest award in Century 21 Australasia, being the coveted ‘Hall of Fame’ award.
