Kierens Background

Kieren (Gudge) Gudgin was born in England and moved out to New Zealand at the end of 2004 .

The decision to emigrate from England was made after a month-long visit in May 2004 during which time Kieren fell in love with the country. He relishes the lifestyle New Zealand offers particularly the opportunity to go fishing and play golf, which he rates as his favourite pastimes – other than spending time with his boys Brandon & Josh naturally.

He comes from a strong sales background, having worked for a large electronics company for 10 years in England, selling components all over Europe, the USA and Asia.

Kieren’s business philosophy is to be thorough and as professional as possible in everything he does. He enjoys working closely with clients which is why he chose real estate as a career. His goal is to help vendors sell their property as smoothly and with as little stress as possible – and he derives great satisfaction from being involved in a transaction that goes to plan.

He has now been doing Real Estate for nearly 12 years achieving an award in his very first year and many more after! This continues to grow and Kieren continues to satisfy his clients with his 100% commitment and a level of enthusiasm virtually unmatched by many old hands in the industry - backed up with a team with a combined experience of over 100 years.
