Dean joined the Colliers Wellington team in late 2011 and specialises in sales and leasing in areas outside of the Wellington CBD in particular focusing on the Kapiti Coast where he has lived for over 25 years.

Dean joined the Colliers International Wellington team in late 2011 having previously owned the Kapiti Honda Car Franchise. Dean specialises in sales and leasing in the Kapiti area where he has lived for over 25 years.

Since joining Colliers International, Dean has been the driving force behind the opening of a new Colliers Kapiti Office and was promoted to Associate Director in May 2017.
