Craig and Cathy Freear set up their new agency Real Estate Now in late 2018. They did this to offer a boutique and personal real estate service to their local area- Johnsonville, Churton Park, Grenada Village, Newlands and Paparangi. Craig's involvement with the "houses" business began in 1984 and he started selling Real Estate in 1989. He has an extensive background in building, building inspection and selling property, including brand new homes & 'Design & Build concepts'. This is invaluable, in particular if you are considering building or buying a brand new home. Craig has a proven track record in high profile marketing/selling of a wide range of properties. He also assists his clients to prepare their properties to come onto the market, ensuring they are well presented, often helping with the work himself. He believes that 'Tip-top' presentation, combined with a strong marketing strategy are key factors in achieving a premium price. Craig has lived in Johnsonville for over 30 years and has vast knowledge of Wellington's Northern Suburbs. With his background and knowledge of the Real Estate industry, he will help you to make sound, informed Real Estate decisions that make the buying and selling experience as easy and stress-free as possible. In late 2016, Craig's wife Cathy, joined him as his Personal Assistant and she completed her real estate salesperson's certificate in October 2018.
