Property management is the beginning of a new career and one that I am looking forward to. Coming from a long and successful period of working in the community, predominantly providing budgeting advice, I have worked for a welfare agency and as a community educator, running financial literacy courses and seminars.

Being a current member on the governance committee for the Cosy Homes Initiative, means I’m well up on the play when it comes to the new legal requirements and cost-effective solutions which will be invaluable in my new role.

Architecture and property have always been an interest of mine. In my previous roles, it entailed property settlements and re-financing and looking forward to building on this background and broadening my horizons.

Bringing extensive problem solving skills to the job and a great eye for risk management my operational style is “firm but fair”. I find it’s an approach that provides the best outcomes for all.
