I come to the Edinburgh team from almost six years in sales and service management. Customer service is my ‘thing’ – so it’s great to be part of a busy team and get out and about every day talking with clients.

My skills in management, people and sales make me the ideal go-between for landlords and tenants, building relationships to get the best outcome for all. I’m one of those people who can remain calm and continue to make logical decisions under pressure. I love it when I get to use my problem solving skills!
