Throughout his Real Estate career, Kim has received national awards for his marketing ability which has led to his setting new benchmark prices for vendors in various areas. After successfully graduating from Massey University with a Diploma in Business Studies, majoring in Real Estate, Kim achieved Licensed Agent status - the highest recognized status by the Real Estate Agents Authority (REAA), above Salesperson and Branch Manager. With his years of experience and exemplary reputation in the industry, Kim was also recognised as an Associate of REINZ. Kim, along with his wife Lisa, previous owned and operated a boutique property sales and management company in the competitive Auckland market.
