Penny has a passion for people and property.

Penny became a property investor at the age of 26 and developed Hawkes Bay Property Management Limited in 2005 alongside husband Steve.

Over the years Penny has been the main driver behind growing the business which now boasts a healthy rent roll.

Penny has very high standards as a Property Manager and has an impeccable track record when it comes to all tenancy matters. She is a “people person” who relates to people easily from “all walks of life”.

When not at work Penny enjoys running up Te Mata Peak, keeping fit and spending time with her 3 lovely children.
