Geoff, wife Sian and their young family moved to Marlborough from Wellington in March 2001, for a mixture of business, lifestyle and extended family reasons.

Geoff has a background in business and commercial real estate having entered the Real Estate industry in 1990.

Since arriving in Blenheim Geoff has established the Commercial & Industrial division of Mark Stevenson First National. He has been involved in Commercial and Industrial projects from the beginning of planning through to the successful sale and leasing of these projects.

Geoff enjoys the day to day marketing and selling of Commercial and Industrial property and has a passion for project work

Geoff has a strong Vendor focus and believes that marketing is the key to selling Commercial property in today's buoyant market.
