John is the driving force for the development of a high quality, diverse and advanced specialist real estate agency. Educated, informed and highly motivated John also manages related businesses that strengthen Habitat’s marketing position including an innovative consultancy and training organization.

His experience selling ‘top end’ property in Australia and training commitments give him unique experiences in the marketplace helping him develop a highly formed brand.

John is recognized for his innovation having a reputation for selling ‘hard to sell’ properties, those ones that to often get stuck in complacency with other agents.

John leads the Habitat team by example, he still sells. With over 2,000 properties sold it’s not surprising he has an impressive list of satisfied clients.

John says, “I have lived overseas, traveled widely but in 2012 I came home.” John is a pilot, sailor and keen fisherman and committed to a self-sustainable lifestyle on his farm at Paengaroa.
