With a background in investing as well as renovating for profit, Mat and his family moved to Tauranga in 2013 where he began his career in real estate and hasn’t looked back since.
After nearly 10 years living in the UK, Mat returned to New Zealand and cut his teeth in the housing market as a property trader and investor. His involvement on the board of his local investors association has given him an edge to get ahead in real estate. Mat was trained to eat agents for breakfast at the negotiation table, making offers on multiple properties some weeks.
Now having spent over a decade on the other side of the fence as a salesperson himself, he brings these lessons into mastering the art of closing the deal.
