When buying and selling my own properties I experienced two types of Real Estate Agents. I benefited from the value a great agent brought to the transaction, and experienced frustration when dealing with an agent who didn't.

That's how I decided that I wanted to support people dealing in property, by being an Agent who increased and maintained a high quality customer service within this Industry.
