For the last 10 years Richie was managing one of the largest retail outlets in New Zealand. It gave him a good understanding of how can he help vendors and potential buyers achieve their goals in terms of buying or selling real estate. It also made him realize that he can handle any task no matter how seemingly overwhelming or complex. Helping people realize their property dreams is a true reward for working in real estate.

In his spare time, he loves playing cricket, billiards and swimming which keeps him fit, active and positive.
