With more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry, I've had the pleasure of helping countless individuals buy and sell properties in the beautiful city of Christchurch.

As the Chief Operations Manager for the award-winning Gold Real Estate Group, Jason Wills has carved out a distinguished career in the real estate industry. With over two decades of experience as the Chief Information Officer for Harcourts International, he has been instrumental in shaping Harcourts into a global powerhouse in real estate.

A pioneer in the industry, Jason launched a myriad of market-first innovations. These include creating the first searchable real estate website in 1996, being the first to leverage Google Maps and Google Base, and trailblazing the use of Second Life and Windows Mobile for a workforce of 2,000 in 2004. He was also ahead of the curve in developing apps for the iPhone and iPad, and Harcourts became the first real estate company to be showcased across Apple’s global network with a case study detailing their transformative use of iOS technology.

Jason has contributed groundbreaking real estate solutions that have allowed the Harcourts brand to flourish in 10 different countries. After briefly stepping away from real estate to launch a digital marketing firm with his wife, Jason was drawn back into the industry. He assumed the role of General Manager for Farmlands Real Estate and spearheaded its merger with Property Brokers. Later, he rejoined Harcourts in a multifaceted role as Branch Manager & Business Development. His consultative skills also found an outlet in coaching agents and managers to excel in their roles.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jason serves on the board of the newly established BetterMan Foundation, a charitable organisation committed to enhancing men's mental health and overall well-being.
