As Harcourts Holmwood’s Operations Manager, Jason Wills brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for innovation to the team. With over 25 years in real estate—most notably as Chief Information Officer for Harcourts International—Jason has played a pivotal role in shaping the industry, pioneering market-first technologies, and driving strategic growth on a global scale.

His career highlights include launching the first searchable real estate website in 1996, leading the adoption of Google Maps for property searches, and positioning Harcourts as the first real estate company featured in an Apple case study for its transformative use of iOS technology. Beyond the digital realm, Jason has held leadership roles across business development, operations, and coaching, helping agents and managers excel in an ever-evolving industry.

After a successful venture in digital marketing, Jason returned to real estate to lead major business transformations, including a high-profile merger within the rural property sector. His approach is deeply people-focused—he believes that strong culture and continuous learning are the foundations of success.

Outside of work, Jason is a board member of the BetterMan Foundation, dedicated to improving men’s mental health. A devoted father of three, he recharges by hitting the gym, unwinding in hot yoga sessions, and indulging in his love of great food, travel, and time with family and friends.
