On November 1st 2012 Harcourts Mangere Bridge officially re-opened under the brand Jenner Real Estate; this is the second office for Jenner Real Estate. The office has been an existing Harcourts office for the last twenty years and a desire to take the business to the next level was the catalyst for the ownership change.

Although the area has changed, the local community and village centre still retains its tight knit community spirit. That strong sense of community is prevalent throughout “The Bridge” and we are very proud to be a part of this wonderful community. We have operated our long standing business in established communities for over twenty years and have always been a part of the area’s development, progression and community culture. When we celebrated that twenty year anniversary as a Harcourts franchise on November 1st we also celebrated and thanked the communities that have supported us.”

The Mangere Bridge Business Association operates from our offices and is provided with office support and space for the Village Manager Kate Adams to work from. We also provide space for the CCTV network hubs for the village and are proud to be a key contributor and supporter of the Business Association.

We also are chief sponsor of the annual Harcourts Food & Wine Festival which occurs in March each year within the village precinct. This event provides an opportunity for the whole community to come together and celebrate this wonderful area in which we Live work and play. Two stages for music, free entertainment, children’s activity and wonderful food and fun are all available providing a great day out for people of all ages. Other sponsorships include the annual Santa Parade, Fun Run, Bridge Kids, Mangere Bowling Club and Bridge Bowling club, and many other smaller group connections.
