Sue’s passion for the industry started over 16 years ago when she purchased her first property and project managed the renovation project, even doing much of the work herself. She used the home as a springboard to become a landlord and property investor.

Sue’s energy, drive and dedication set her apart. Along with her comprehensive industry knowledge, she has a real desire to help other landlords and property investors achieve their goals.

Originally from England, Sue travelled the world to find the best place to call home – in New Zealand, of course! Away from work, she enjoys spending time with her family. Dancing and skiing are some of her other interests.
