Meet Founder:

Rosh Daji

Some people are born to sell, and Rosh Daji surely was! Selling vegetables at the side of the roads and in marketplaces from the tender age of 5, in her native Mauritius!

Arriving in Auckland some 23 years ago, she initially built a strong career as a corporate insurance broker, working up to 16 hours a day, and often at the weekends.

Her move to the real estate industry was fuelled not only by a passion for property and sales – having already bought and sold several investment properties herself - but also the desire to have more time to spend with her young daughter, the joy of her life! Little did she realise back then, that real estate can actually be so much more demanding of your time.

Known as 'Rosh the selling machine' from her first year in real estate, she earned the name as she hit the ground running!

Amassing a loyal team around her and creating opportunities, often in the face of discrimination. Over the years she has owned and operated her own real estate office and has built a formidable data base of loyal clients.

Her experiences have given Rosh the empathy to understand the vagaries of human nature, to navigate smoothly and efficiently to successfully close a deal, whilst taking care of her clients by honouring them with respect and integrity.

Her straightforward attitude may occasionally cost her business, but she prefers to work honestly with clients who respect her honesty, integrity, and no-nonsense approach.
