Maeve works nationwide as an Industrial Occupier Services Advisor at JLL.

Maeve represents major industrial occupiers and assists them to define and deliver their property strategy through JLL’s end-to-end service offering. Maeve brings a range of experience with her background in project management of fit-outs and developments.

With a specific involvement in relationship management and portfolio management of national property portfolios, Maeve provides clients with a detailed analysis of their current position and assists them by providing optimal strategic direction to achieve their property objectives.

Maeve works closely with occupiers nationwide and has developed a rounded knowledge of commercial and industrial property. Her in-depth understanding of leases, lease negotiations, rent reviews, leasing strategies, and property disposals/acquisitions ensures she achieves educated, favourable outcomes for her clients.
