Ross is the Head of Office Leasing Advisory, New Zealand with a track record and reputation for originating, structuring and executing landmark transactions.

With over 20 plus years’ experience in commercial real estate, Ross began his career analysing and undertaking investment and development valuations for large scale, mixed-use projects in the U.K. before relocating to Hong Kong with JLL in 2005 to undertake an office leasing role in the Kowloon sub-market.

In 2007, Ross transitioned to focus on the Hong Kong Island market and specialise in facilitating transactions for banking and finance occupiers in the Central CBD district.

After almost 10 years in the Hong Kong market servicing landlords and investors, Ross co-lead the Office Leasing team on Hong Kong Island for Colliers and ran the specialist Banking and Finance Sector team.

In early 2014, Ross relocated to New Zealand and took up a role overseeing ANZ’s corporate portfolio across New Zealand and in mid-2015 moved within CBRE to run the Occupier, Advisory & Transaction Services business nationwide.

In 2018, Ross accepted the role of Director within the Capital Markets business in JLL, to leverage his offshore network and provide tailored capital solutions to investors in the New Zealand market.
