Jeewan Delwalage entered New Zealand real estate in 2014. By 2016, aged just 26, he had purchased his first real estate office and became the youngest LJ Hooker & Harveys franchise owner in New Zealand at the time.

He went on to build a high-performance sales career specialising in new developments, project marketing and strategic property sales, exceeding $67 million in sales within 90 days at his career peak.

Today, Jeewan is the Founder and Non-Selling Principal Agent of The WorX Real Estate. Having stepped away from day-to-day selling, his focus is now on building the brand, developing people, strategic investment and growing real estate businesses.

As a Registered Auctioneer and experienced negotiator, Jeewan selectively returns to the frontline for major projects, premium properties and complex transactions where his experience can make a difference.
