Grant commenced his real estate career in 1996 and is a fully Licensed Agent, and an Associate member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. He specialises in Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing

Grant, his wife Alison, and his children have returned to the region to be closer to their extended family and friends and to enjoy all that a Marlborough lifestyle offers.

He has had extensive involvement within the Real Estate industry, both as an Agent and as a business owner and a consultant to the industry. He has also held senior management roles within private enterprise in both New Zealand and Australia.

Grant is also a former New Zealand Rowing representative, and was, in a voluntary capacity, a Senior Firefighter with the NZ Fire Service.

Grant enjoys the ever-changing dynamic of commercial business. His consultancy style business approach has created very strong and rewarding relationships with his clients.
