During my 29+ year career I have never stopped going the extra mile. Every property is unique and needs an individual approach. I believe in good old-fashioned hard work and laughter along the way. Treat others the way you like to be treated is my motto.

What a privilege it is for me to have built an award winning business based on helping people achieve or move on with their dreams.

With a keen and knowledgeable eye for design and architecture, Mark’s passion was always going to be real estate. He appreciates that every property is unique and requires an individual approach when marketing to achieve an excellent result.

Mark began his real estate path 20+ years ago, selling in Herne Bay, Ponsonby and Grey Lynn areas. Mark then moved to Titirangi and has sold properties out West ever since. He firmly believes there is a buyer for every property and it is Mark’s job to leave no stone unturned in finding the right purchaser. Thinking outside the square has resulted in 98% sales success rate. Being well-known in the industry and focusing on building long-term relationships with clients, many refer family and friends to Mark to sell their properties.

Mark is very proud to have successfully marketed and sold the Brake House in Titirangi, which is the most awarded contemporary home in the Southern Hemisphere. He also broke all records with a sale price of $1.8m in 2006 for a lifestyle property in Oratia, West Auckland.

Mark initially opened an office in Te Atatu, West Auckland but has since moved to Northland where he is living the rural dream with his partner out from Dargaville on the wild west coast. Mark and his team is now listing and selling residential and lifestyle properties in Dargaville, Baylys Beach, Ruawai, Pahi and surrounding areas of the Kaipara.

We are so lucky to live and be surrounded by so much beauty in this unspoiled part of New Zealand says Mark.

Mark opened the stunning new Raine & Horne Dargaville office in 2022. What a concept, office, cafe and art gallery. A wonderful community space which the locals have embraced.

"RECENT TESTIMONIAL TIROROA ROAD, TE ATATU SOUTH I have just had the pleasure of working with a consummate professional in Mark Owers. He worked hard from get go and made selling my elderly parents home stressless. Marks respectful handling of everybody involved, resulted in a sale for above the asking price which is saying something. I unequivocally recommend Mark to anyone looking to sell. You will be in great hands. Russell"
"RECENT TESTIMONIAL STAFSON LANE, TE ATATU PENINSULA We would like to give some feedback on our recent house sale experience. We chose Mark Owers from Mike Pero because he was honest, knew his stuff and we could tell he would not muck us around. His experience was evident from when we first met him and ensured the open home process was as stress free as possible for us. Those first impressions proved right on the money. Mark always kept us informed, was quick to respond to any questions we had and respectful of us and our needs. He also treated us like friends, he even had our dog looking forward to his visits. More than anything, we felt Mark acted in our best interests all the time. Something really important for a vendor. Sue his assistant was equally as great. Quick, efficient and made everything so straight forward and easy. Thanks to you both for a quick and easy sale process. Kind regards Jeanine and David"
