Cherry Kingsley-Smith - Mike Pero
Initially trained in Commerce, Marketing and Sales, Cherry then gained a degree in Counselling and a Real Estate licence. Work experience includes top sales performances in direct selling and advertising sales, body corporate and property management experience and several years as a counsellor, including an internship with Youthline.
Cherry really cares about her clients and has the ability to provide creative solutions and build relationships with people from all walks of life. With attention to detail, experience and great communication skills, her commitment and vision is to work for vendors to make the sales process as simple and effective as possible with top results.
Cherry is a local resident with a passion for people and property. Cherry lives with her family in West Harbour. Furry and feathered additions to the family are Rupert, a gorgeous ragdoll cat and two affectionate talking cockatiels, Charlie and Milly.
In her spare time, Cherry enjoys walking the local bush walks and beaches, swimming and book club – being a founding member of “Under the Radar” book club (early on we would meet in the original Air Force Radar Room at Catalina Bay). A recent resident and owner in Hobsonville Point, Cherry is the Chairman of the Brickworks Body Corporate Committee, volunteering her time and experience. Cherry also sets aside a few hours a week to provide affordable counselling to the community.
