Hayden’s role is to oversee the whole of business, processes for Ngatahi Real Estate and Property Management's performance and team as well as vendor and purchaser engagement, and now runs the Property Management Division.

Always known as the man with a plan and drive and ambition to succeed, Hayden has come from a technology background in Customer Service and Sales management in the Small Enterprise business space. Known to be given a small idea, and bring it to life 200%, Ngātahi Real Estate is the largest idea to date. Hayden grew up in the North Island and moved to Christchurch in 2016, where he found his place in the world. Proudly an avid coffee and wine connoisseur will always know the best café’s and vineyards to visit around.
