They say experience is the best teacher. If so, I’ve been sitting at the feet of the best teacher for over twenty years. And the number one thing experience has taught me is that—even though we’re dealing with houses—it’s the people that matter. The people of northern Wellington are the cream of the crop. They’re my neighbours. They’re my friends. They’re my family.
