Born and raised in Taiwan, my wife Joanne, two sons Daniel and Antonio, and daughter Ruby and have lived in New Zealand since 1990. I spent 12 years in auto parts sales in Taipei, Taiwan before joining Lodge real ecstasy Hamilton in 1996. I am an influential Asian Leader being head of the Hamilton Service office TZUCHI Foundation NZ devoted volunteers and also am involved in local community organisations such as IHC, Hilda Ross Rest Home, and St Johns Rest Home.

I wanted to bring a fresh and uplifting perspective to Real Estate and immediate benefitted from this approach. To complement this perspective I offer proactive marketing strategies that will assist you in achieving the top results. My other Real Estate expertise extends to special project marketing of developments on North River Road and the Rototun area. I have worked with a number of land and house developers to assist in creating projects that have a market appeal and ability.
