Ayla began her career and interest in real estate as a child being driven around by her real estate agent mum, Sharon – putting signs up, late night deals and viewing property on all days of the week sparked an early interest in the industry.

Upon graduating from high school, Ayla embarked on her professional path by joining Summit Property Management as a Receptionist, displaying a supreme ability to manage large workflows, the administrative duties of a real estate office, master communicating with the public and internally with agents to meet their needs on their prospective listings.

With a burning desire to advance her expertise in real estate, Ayla pursued and achieved her qualification in real estate sales. This accomplishment led to her being handpicked by Summit's number 1 team, Team Delany, as their full-time Sales Associate. Ayla's selection was a result of her unwavering work ethic, keen attention to detail, positive can-do attitude and remarkable efficiency, not only this, but for her clear potential to create a very successful career as a salesperson in her own right.

Ayla is always focused on the client and achieving the best possible outcome for their goals. Outside of work, Ayla is what you would call an active relaxer, heavily involved with netball, attending the gym and getting away into the backcountry on the weekends.
