Southland born and raised, Jeremy spent two decades in Auckland, where he began his real estate career and received extensive training in sales, negotiation, and marketing. During this time, he gained valuable experience selling property on Auckland’s North Shore, before returning home to Invercargill in 2020.

In Auckland, Jeremy was fortunate to work closely with some of New Zealand’s top auctioneers, gaining valuable insight and experience in running successful auction campaigns. Today, while experienced across all methods of sale, he is well placed to guide clients considering auction as a strategy — with the added advantage of working alongside Invercargill’s leading auctioneer as part of the One Agency team.

Since returning to Southland, Jeremy has continued to grow his expertise, upskilling to obtain a Level 5 qualification in Real Estate Management. This advanced training underpins his reputation for professionalism, clear communication, and strong negotiation skills.
