Many of our rural sales team are active orchardists and floriculturists, having first-hand experience in orcharding, particularly kiwifruit and avocados.

North Bay Real Estate Ltd was formed in 1991 after taking over the premises of Northern Bay Real Estate Ltd on the Main Road in Katikati and the company became a member of 'Professionals' Group at the same time. A second office is located on State Highway 2 in Te Puna.
