Born and having raised two daughters in the Franklin area, Beryl has watched South Auckland area grow rapidly.

For the past 7 years Beryl has worked in the Rental and Property Management Divisions at the Professionals before realising a dream of selling real estate and has an invaluable insight into the investment property market and its potential growth.

Beryl currently lives with her husband of 22 years on a dry stock farm in Bombay giving her a real empathy with needs of a rural lifestyle.
