In 2007 I studied my Real Estate papers through the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand.
During this time the Real Estate industry was under-going huge changes.
The following year the government introduced the Real Estate Agents Authority 2008.
This has created transparency in the industry and has proved to be advantageous to prospective Vendors and Purchaser’s.
With an opportunity in 2012 to further my already extensive knowledge and experience of marketing and selling property, I studied further papers including the Resource Management Act and Risk Management papers to gain my NZQA qualification in Real Estate – Level 4.
So, with six papers already into my Branch Manager’s license and a minimum of twenty hours training each year by law, this keeps me in touch with the present legislation in Real Estate.
