In 2007 I studied my Real Estate papers under the REAA 2008 reform which is now law in New Zealand. I believe this was a good move to bring openess and disclosure to the Real Estate industry.
Working ethically for my Sellers and Purchaser's is important to me. The rewards of seeing my Sellers and Purchasers happy with the end result is very satisfying.
I studied more papers to achieve my National Certificate in Real Estate - Level 4 and gained my NZQA qualification in 2012.
Since I entered the world of Real Estate I have sold many properties in the Manawatu and Central Hawkes Bay region.
I know the Central Hawkes Bay region well and the fact that prices of property are less than other New Zealand towns know there will be growth in this area over the next decade.
Since moving to Central Hawkes Bay one of my accolades was marketing and selling the old Waipukurau Public Hospital. This gave me excellent profile in the community and nationally put Waipukurau on the map.
Since September 2015 I have noticed more people coming to enquire about living here which is part of the big city migration to regions.
In 2016 I listed and sold Ashcott Homestead on State Highway 50. This property had been on the market with other agencies for the past 6 years.

Keeping up to date with trends and training is very important as a Real Estate Salesperson. I am required to undertake 10 hours verifiable and 10 hours non verifiable training each year. This enables me to keep up with new legislation and give the correct advice to prospective Vendor's and Purchaser's which is very important.
My husband and I decided to move to Waipukurau in 2014 to enjoy the lifestyle here and warmer weather. We have adapted well and like to spend time with our family who also live here. Most important to see our grandchildren grow up.
