Born and bred in the Dipton West farming district, Mark grew up on his family’s 3rd generation sheep and beef unit. He worked as a local shearer for 6 years, before embarking on the stock and station industry in 1994. Mark then moved into real estate shortly after. This was a dynamic time of change and progress within rural real estate in New Zealand. Now with 30 years’ experience throughout the Southland, and South/West Otago districts, Mark has amassed a huge client base and record number of sales. His experience includes sheep and beef units, dairy units and run offs, cropping, forestry, and large-scale stations.
Mark’s thirst to learn and acquire new skills and knowledge led him to achieving the Associate Membership (AREINZ qualification), recognising his high educational achievement and commitment to the real estate profession. Coupled with his wide knowledge of both local and regional councils, as well as his sector knowledge and awareness of the dairy, sheep, beef, cropping, and forestry industries, Mark has the ability expertly guide his clients on both the selling and buying of real estate.
