Jude’s early career was spent in London working as a manager for the John Lewis Partnership whose emphasis on teamwork, customer service and honesty shaped who she is today.

Jude moved into policy development at the Department of Health, the Government body that oversees the National Health Service in the UK. There she used her early lessons to ensure that any policy she developed reflected the people it served. She worked with diverse groups representing patients, clinicians, the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory and employment bodies and Government Ministers where she developed the ability to create productive working relationships in often hostile and potentially difficult situations. A born negotiator and creative thinker, with the ability to see things practically, you can honestly say that Jude is one of those people you want on your side when the going gets tough.

Since moving to New Zealand in 2004, Jude has made it her home, she is infectiously enthusiastic about being here, the place she lives, the people she has met and the opportunities the whole area has to offer and this shines through. Jude has lived and worked on the Kapiti Coast since she arrived and has had the pleasure of talking to many of you at the school gate, in the supermarket, on the phone at the Kapiti Coast District Council and during her time at Harrison’s garden center in Peka Peka.

Jude is never happier than when in the garden, gum boots on and with dirt under her nails. She is passionate about passing on what she knows and willing to roll up her sleeves to help you achieve something beautiful from your backyard.

Jude chose to work for Property Brokers because of their commitment to team work, honesty and building trust. In an industry which can be seen as cut throat and self-serving it was a breath of fresh air to find a company that put their customers first and actively supported each other to do just that – for Jude it has honestly felt like coming home.

Jude’s mantra is that there is always time for another adventure, by combining her genuine interest in people and the place they call home, her friendly and professional manner, her quirky sense of humor and her commitment to team work she can’t wait to start helping others take that first step in their property journey.

Jude is happily married with 3 boys, she has green eyes and freckles – the rest is subject to change.
