Originally from Cheshire in the UK, Dawn first came to live in New Zealand in 2002 with her Kiwi partner John.  They have a wonderful daughter, Ella Victoria and live within the Selwyn District.

Dawn previously worked in sales, recruitment and business development in the UK and landed herself an administrative role in Real Estate and Property Management when she first arrived in New Zealand. Her passion for the industry grew from there and in 2012 she became a salesperson.

She believes real estate is not just about buying and selling property and stands by her Mission Statement to build strong long term relationships and offer the highest level of integrity and excellence in customer service. Always aiming to achieve the best results possible, go the extra mile and ensure an enjoyable experience is achieved all round.

No two clients are the same, she believes in “placing herself in your shoes” enabling her to achieve an in depth insight into your real estate needs and requirements. Having lived, worked and travelled around the world she definitely understands the emotions involved when moving home.

In her spare time she enjoys painting old furniture and bringing it back to life and has a wee obsession for antique and retro furniture. Her philosophy in life is trustworthy requires doing the right thing and doing things right.
