Krystal has recently returned home to the Rangitikei to put down her roots – joining the Property Brokers team, purchasing a Crewcut franchise with her partner, enrolling her eldest daughter at Nga Tawa Diocesan School and purchasing a grand 1800s villa as a renovation project. With decades of family history in the Rangitikei, both grandparents and great-grandparents running the Marton children’s home for generations of locals, Krystal has strong ties to the local community.
Krystal has many years of business and farming experience, starting her career as an apprentice hairdresser, qualified at 18, managing a Feilding salon for absentee owners and later purchasing the business whilst starting a family before becoming a tutor/assessor at the hairdressing college in Palmerston North. Krystal also owned and operated a childcare company expanding into OSCAR with Country Kids Rural Care Ltd while Dairy farming for 15 years in southern Manawatu.
The return to Marton was spurred on by the desire for work/life balance, with four children and three step-children, the life part is well taken care of and Krystal enjoys being involved in her community, spending many Saturday mornings on the side-lines of rugby fields, previously a coach, team manager and committee member for Junior rugby. Krystal was also voted on the board of trustees and elected vice chair of a rural Manawatu school.
With a passion for renovation, restoration, and interior design, Krystal has an eye for detail and is a driven businesswoman, two traits that compliment her career in Real estate. Backed by an experienced award-winning team, Krystal has the motivation to get you the best results in your next property sale or purchase.
