Property Manager

Toni Hewett is relatively new to Propertyscouts Hawkes Bay but is far from new to Property Management. Toni has self managed her own portfolio of rental properties for a number of years and is also an avid member of the Property Investors Federation. She has a wealth of knowledge in relation to Property Management and is looking to complete her level 4 Property Management qualification.

Toni has spent the previous 9 years employed by Breathe Hawkes Bay and is passionate about maintaining healthy, dry rental properties.

Ariana Schinkel is Hawkes Bay born and bred and has been part of the customer service industry for 15 years.

After working in the banking industry and then as a qualified Veterinary Nurse for 7 years she decided it was time for a change.

Ariana was a tenant with Propertyscouts in the early days and after having experienced the service and respect of the team she decided to pursue her interest property management and investment. She enjoys passing on there same quality experience to her tenants.

With a friendly, can-do attitude, Ariana strives to provide an outstanding service for both landlords and tenants.
