Ray White - Albany
Within the Auckland region, New Zealand's most populous, Albany is fast becoming one of the most popular North Shore locations to live in with all the amenities it has to offer, along with its well established transport infrastructure as well as rapidly emerging new developments.
With the massive Westfield Albany Shopping Mall combined with the Albany Mega Centre, your choices of retail therapy are endless. A short drive to Massey University and all the top schools that Albany has to offer is available when living here, including Kristin, Pinehurst, Albany Junior and Senior High Schools.
Our licensee salespeople, even though based in Albany, also market the East Coast Bays, Greenhithe, Paremoremo, Sunnynook, Forrest Hill and Glenfield suburbs and more. We have a great and intimate level of local market knowledge and are able to help and assist you in many ways.
Ray White Albany also plays a fundamental role in the local community, helping various causes and charities. For many years Ray White has assisted the Ronald McDonald House, and during their recent National Street Appeal, Ray White members helped raise money to provide accommodation and support to families and their loved ones.
Also later in the year Ray White Albany hosted an entertaining auction at a work function, initiated amongst staff and their families. Money was raised via enthusiastic bidding amongst many keen bidders, eager to enjoy the experience as bidders rather than the usual role as facilitators. This money was donated to the Cancer Society New Zealand.
During an early Saturday morning Ray White Albany joined forces with over 100 members of the community to plant native trees at the Upper Eskdale Reserve. The community planting event was organised by the Kaipatiki Project Environment Centre and Kaipatiki Community Facilities Trust to restore and enhance the bush perimeter of the Eskdale Cemetery. Native plants were planted on the fringes of the bush to protect the cemetery from encroaching weeds and provide some wind protection. Mulch was then added to help the young plants get started and to suppress weed growth. The Ray White volunteers encountered slippery conditions but came fully prepared, taking to the task enthusiastically before cleaning up and heading off to their open homes.
